COFA Juice is a proudly Family-owned business based in Leeds, United Kingdom inspired by the rich flavours and heritage of West Africa. Zobo, also known as hibiscus drink, for today’s health-conscious drinkers.
Rooted in culture and brewed with honour, Every bottle is carefully crafted in small batches using natural ingredients like hibiscus petals, pineapple, apples, dates, and aromatic spices. We don’t use any added sugar, just the natural sweetness from fruits and dates, resulting in a bold, refreshing drink that feels both familiar and new.
Our goal is simple – To honour our roots while offering a delicious, healthier alternative to sugary soft drinks.
Now stocked in over 30 independent stores and restaurants across the UK, COFA Juice is becoming a favourite in homes, at events, and on shop shelves.

Our Story
From a Kitchen in Leeds to a Cultural Movement in a Bottle
COFA Juice began with a simple desire: to bottle up the taste of home.
As a Nigerian family living in Leeds, we longed for the authentic flavour of Zobo that deep red hibiscus drink found at celebrations, gatherings, during school drinks, after school, lesson and everyday life back home. But the versions we found on the market were either full of sugar or lacked that bold, traditional taste we remembered. So, we started brewing our own.
What began as a home recipe crafted with hibiscus petals, sweet pineapple, crisp apples, earthy cloves, and naturally sweet dates quickly grew into something bigger. Church, Friends and family kept asking for more. Local shops wanted it on their shelves. And customers from all backgrounds started embracing our sugar-free, culturally rich drink.
So we made it official. We launched COFA Juice, a small-batch, UK-produced brand dedicated to offering healthy, delicious, and traditionally inspired Zobo to the world.
Today, we’re stocked in over 30 stores and restaurants across the UK, delivering the same vibrant flavour, heritage, and wellness benefits in every bottle. Our mission? To celebrate African culture through a drink that feels like home no matter where you are.
