3. Product Information
   We sell handcrafted, non-alcoholic hibiscus drinks (Zobo) made with natural ingredients, including hibiscus petals, pineapple, apple, dates, ginger, and cloves. All product descriptions and pricing are accurate at the time of listing but are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Orders & Availability

• Orders are subject to stock availability.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in product or pricing information.
• Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
• If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue a refund where applicable.

5. Pricing
   All prices are listed in GBP (£) and Exclude applicable VAT (if charged). Delivery costs are added at checkout and clearly indicated before payment. 

6. Payment
   We accept secure online payments through our payment partner. Payment must be completed in full before dispatch. We do not store card details on our servers.

7. Delivery Policy

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Estimated delivery time is 2–3 working days within the UK.
• Delivery fees:

• We use third-party couriers; delays beyond our control may occur.
• Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them.
• Due to the perishable nature of our drinks, returns are not accepted unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
• Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
• Refunds, where approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

9. Product Storage & Liability
   Our drinks are made with preservatives and are best served chilled.

• Please store in a cool environment and refrigerate after opening.
• COFA Limited is not liable for damage or spoilage due to improper storage after delivery.
• Allergen information is listed on product labels; please check before consumption.

10. Intellectual Property
    All website content, branding, product designs, and photography are the property of COFA LIMITED and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Promotions & Discount Codes
    Any promotional offers or discount codes are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. They cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
